Dr Gina Gomez

De La Cuesta

Clinical Psychologist

Hello! My name is Gina and I am very happy to be one of the clinical psychologists in the Autism Clinic at Two Can Talk.

I live near Ely with my family, pet dog Mango, our tortoise Wasabi, and various other insect pets that my children like to bring into our lives from time to time!

I also work at Cambridge University teaching clinical psychology and I run a not-for-profit organisation called Play Included which specialises in training professionals how to use LEGO play to support children’s social development, communication and confidence. I have been lucky enough to travel all around the world telling people about this!

I am very kind and I love to help families and children. Before starting at Two Can Talk, I have worked as a teacher in secondary school, as a researcher in the National Autistic Society, as a psychologist helping children in primary schools and I have specialised in autism assessment for children and adults both in Cambridge.

I love singing, walking in the fresh air and I have recently started gardening. I was excited to grow my first ever cucumber! I speak some Spanish as my husband is from Madrid, and I love to travel to Spain to enjoy the delicious food and nice weather.
