A Bit About Us…

Hi! We are Two Can Talk; a team of fun, friendly and highly experienced Speech and Language, Occupational and Feeding Therapists based across Cambridgeshire and Suffolk — and thanks to online therapy, we now support families all across the UK.

We’re proud to be growing. Our services are delivered from our flagship 7,000 sq ft purpose-designed clinic headquarters, created to bring all of our therapies together in one welcoming, accessible space for children and families. Alongside this, we also offer sessions at our secondary clinic site in Littleport, Ely helping us reach more families locally.

''The Nest'' at Mildenhall

From first words to fussy eating, wobbly sounds to sensory struggles, we work with babies, children and teens with a wide range of needs, including Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, ADHD and more. We also support children in mainstream settings who may just need a little extra boost with their communication, confidence or social skills.

Our goal? To help as many people as possible. Whether it’s in one of our welcoming clinics, your own living room, or on a laptop at the kitchen table, we make therapy flexible, family-friendly and full of encouragement.
