Hi, I'm Molly! I was initially introduced to speech and language therapy during my undergraduate degree in Biological sciences ( which is now a personal passion). While studying, I worked with multiple charities supporting children and young adults with complex needs. My position allowed me to witness firsthand the positive impact that speech and language therapy can have on young people's independence and autonomy. As my degree came to an end, I couldn’t imagine leaving the paediatric sector and knew that I wanted a role that allowed me to help foster children’s independence. I was lucky enough to work alongside an incredible therapist who encouraged me to pursue a Masters degree in speech and language therapy and now I have joined the team at TCT. 

I am really passionate about spending meaningful time with my family, I love to unwind with a good book and hiking (which I love but also enjoy complaining about while I'm doing it!)
