Jess Armon

I graduated from the University of Manchester in 2020 as a Speech and Language Therapist and began my career working in an autism specialist school and residential home. I am passionate about working with neurodivergent clients and supporting the people around them with the knowledge and skills they need to promote language development, communication, and sensory and emotional regulation.

I strongly believe in multidisciplinary working and value the expertise of parents, carers and clinical professionals at all stages of the support process. By working collaboratively, I aim to develop holistic, individualised care plans that meet each person’s needs and enable them to thrive beyond the clinic room.

I’m excited about being part of Two Can Talk because I share its passion for collaborative, person-centred support and helping people reach their communication potential.

Outside work I love spending time in the mountains, staying active through hiking, biking and skiing. I also enjoy getting creative at home through crochet, sewing projects and baking for friends and family. Having lived abroad for several years, I value travel, new experiences and learning from different people and cultures.
